Deb is a therapist providing services to individuals, couples and families in Winnipeg and the surrounding area.  She is culturally sensitive, and committed to working through personal and relational conflicts affecting individuals, couples and families.  Deb helps people recognize unhelpful patterns that prevent people from living more meaningful lives.  Her focus is on developing a therapeutic connection and using a collaborative approach with the people who come to see her with the hope of creating an atmosphere for healing and change.

Deb is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Manitoba Institute of Registered Social Workers and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) with the Canadian Registry of Marriage and Family Therapy.  She has her Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Winnipeg.  Deb is also certified in Enhanced Triple P.

Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed.  It means the damage no longer controls our life.
